White teas are considered by some to be the purest in the world. Spring buds are plucked, dried
and sorted - no pan firing or steaming, no fermentation, just pure tea. Traditionally these are grown on small freehold plots - some growers produce only a few hundred pounds per year.

100 Monkeys: Excellent new season tea flavour. The strength of the cup belies its white tea nature. White tea is acknowledged to be very high in polyphenols.
Crested Crane Pai Mu Tan: Known for its black teas, Kenyan whites offer layers of malty Kenyan pedigree with peach white notes. Very high in polyphenols.
Kenya Nandi Safari White: Stunning white tea. The exotic tea flavour that makes Kenyan teas famous are everywhere! Naturally dried for naturally exquisite flavour and goodness.
Pai Mu Tan: A white tea offering “jammy” flavour with sweet notes and a delicious lingering finish. Good body and satisfying cup.
Sowmee: Visually not a typical white tea, since it is sun dried after special hand rolling. Its pleasant, toasty character is astringent and full flavoured.
To Brew these Teas. Place 1-2 teaspoons of leaves in your cup and steep for 3 minutes. Do not remove the leaves from the cup.This tea can be used about 3 times. Milk or sugar will mask the delicate characters of this tea and are not recommended.
