Green teas are often referred to as “unfermented” teas. The fresh green leaves are spread out in a

thin layer on bamboo trays and exposed to sunlight for a couple of hours. The leaves are then

steamed or roasted and rolled. Finally the tea is dried until all the moisture is evaporated.

Formosa Gunpowder: A green tea with strength and captivating green tea taste. The tight curl gives gunpowder a long shelf life- a prized attribute.  Grade- Gunpowder

Ingredients- Green tea


Genmaicha (popcorn): Light, golden yellow liquor with a unique, toasty rice flavour tending sweet. A tea that creates conversation.


Grade- Genmaicha

Ingredients- Luxury green tea, roasted rice.


Jasmine with Flowers: A green tea with surprising body and a captivating floral character accentuated by specially selected May Jasmine blossoms.


Grade- Jasmine Grade#1

Ingredients- Premium green tea, jasmine petals


Lucky Dragon Hyson: Enjoy a pleasant, fresh greenish taste. This cup has good body with a green-yellow liquor.


Grade- Young Hyson

Spearmint Dragon: This 4   7 20 Blackbirds blend, combines the body of a good green tea with the cool refreshing flavour of Spearmint. A very nice cup for anytime of day.

White Monkey Paws: Velvety smooth with delicate but intense full green tea flavour. A rare tea,


Grade- Orange Pekoe

Ingredients- 100% China green tea

To Brew these teas. Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp. of tea for each cup into infuser, place in pot. Add boiling water, cover and let steep 3-5 minutes and remove tea. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume “straight up”.
