Green teas are often referred to as “unfermented” teas. The fresh green leaves are spread out in a
thin layer on bamboo trays and exposed to sunlight for a couple of hours. The leaves are then
steamed or roasted and rolled. Finally the tea is dried until all the moisture is evaporated.
Formosa Gunpowder: A green tea with strength and captivating green tea taste. The tight curl gives gunpowder a long shelf life- a prized attribute. Grade- Gunpowder

Ingredients- 100% China green tea
To Brew these teas. Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp. of tea for each cup into infuser, place in pot. Add boiling water, cover and let steep 3-5 minutes and remove tea. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume “straight up”.
