Loose leaf teas have been scented and blended for centuries. In ancient China, tea Artisans developed many different methods for creating fruit and floral blends, to tempt tastebuds and delight the senses. Our flavoured green teas are an updated example, of this continuing tradition. All natural flavours, premium fruit and flower pieces, blend harmoniously with either a light flavoury Sencha or medium bodied Gunpowder style leaf.
Earl Grey Green: All natural bergamot oil with excellent Ceylon green tea produces a lively and sprightly Earl Grey.
Grade- Pekoe gunpowder
Ingredients- Green tea, Cornflower petals, bergamot oil.
Long Island Strawberry: Flavoury summer sweet strawberry and papaya pieces round out an exceptionally smooth green tea. Memories of Strawberry picking.
Grade- Japan Sencha Style
Ingredients- Luxury green tea, dried strawberry and papaya pieces
To Brew these teas. Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp. of tea for each cup into infuser, place in pot. Add boiling water, cover and let steep 3-5 minutes and remove tea. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume “straight up”.
